How to deactivate UIN no of PF account

Hi,

I have two different UIN no of PF account.
i had swiched my job and withdrawn all amount of pf from previous employer. But the problem is at new employer they generated my another UIN no, till the time I do not deactivate old UIN, the new one will not be activated.
Please help me out how do i deactivate my old UIN.
