How to correct=Wrong A.Y. mentioned in TDS Challan

No option as such....since u can revise return but not challan......

Option for you - dont wait for any query/notice from the department side just file an aplication in ur TDS ward requesting to consider that challan in the AY 2011-12....ITO may require an affidavit to that effect so you should be ready for that......

You can contact to your concern AO (TDS) and they have power to rectify this mistake.

File an application for treating the A.Y. as 2011-12 instead of 2010-11 along with the copy of challan to your AO.
