The anxiety after the exams is building up , dnt knw how to cope up wid it. feel like going back to time n undo all d blunder tht i did in exams. cant fight dis feeling.

we all make mistakes, none of us is perfect, but dont live with regret.
No one can forget about past mistakes because if you learned from them it helps you to make better decisions and better judgements in the future.
Something good always comes out of anything, even if it is a very bad experience. Find the lesson involved and try not to make the same mistake twice.
"No man is rich enough to buy back his past". Accept that it happened. It's not the easiest thing to do, but it will help you get on your way. The past is a part of your life now, but it is not the most important part. Accept the fact that it can no longer be changed in anyway.

Develop a positive attitude... U believe that u are going to clear ur exams... Also realise that ur restlessness is not going to help u in anyway.... It will only spoil ur mental energy... So stay cool...

well, exams are part of our lives we've to give so many exams in our lives. Sometimes we do very well,while sometimes things don't go as desired.
you shoul't really waste ur time thinking abt the mistakes u committed, rather work hard to make urself a better examinee. Utilise ur time preparing for the next attempt but not worrying abt the last.
do something interesting,forget the past and be more determined towards the achievment of ur objectives. You'll again see life coming to you with a sweet smile on its face and you'll forgot all those things which are causing the tension and anxiety!
