how to convert a complete sheet in Excel in lower case character to upper case - with a single command?

cope the excel to word and select all

then press SHIFT + f3

Download and install following addins on your PC:-

After installation select all sheet and go to Text->Convert Uppercase.

Hope this will workout..

Hi Dipak,

For lower case just do the following

Type=lower() and select the text which you want to convert into lower case in the braces. You can do this in excel sheet itself.

Also try =Upper for Upper and =Proper for Proper arrangement of data
