06 February 2013Can anyone help me to enter the pan over the phone..They ask for the first 4 letters of PAN ..and what do you enter for letter P?? I entered 16 and it says error..!my PAN starts with ADEP and I entered 14516 followed by date of birth and it says error..!

PAN DIGITS MEANS NUMBERS SAY
AAAAA1234H-TYPE1234 HERE
AND FOR DATE OF BIRTH TAKE INDEPENDENCE DAY AS EX:15081947 OKAY
IT WILL BE OK NOW
