How to concentrate when ....

For me the best way to concentrate has been "Happiness". I can say from my experience that when you are happy, you feel happy everything falls in place.

according to me concentration is not restricted to study. For study or sports or work or job or family issues concentration is a must thing to perform well and get satisfaction.

For good concentration confidence and trust in your goal is a must. Just believe in yourself and move ahead in your direction.

I give simple points for unsucceed persons to become succeed in future they are :

1. 1) They should know why they doing ?
   
2. 2) When the doing ?
   
3. 3) Purpose for doing  ?
4. 4) they has to realise past difficulties, mistakes, personal worries then plan for future life or Examination with powerful capacity, efficiency, effectiveness, dedication with confidence."
