My attempt for Group-1 is in May 2015 and I want to complete Financial reporting subject along with Accounting standards in one month.Please guide me regarding this
What book should I buy?I have 5 options
a) MP Vijaykumar
b)Praveen Sharma
c) Padhuka
d) DG Sharma book with video lectures of March 2014
e) P C Tulsian
please tell the pros and cons of these and tell any other book etc.
Any other tip is appreciated
DG Sharma Book with DS Rawat for AS
no need of video lectures if u have the DG Sharma sir book
its enough
and yes 1 mnth 4-5 hours daily is suffice to complete FR
I am also doing self study with these two books only...

Hello thanx for replying.
I have DS Rawat book for AS.But I can't solve the advanced problems given at the end of each AS.I guess I'm not as good :(
Are concepts explained nicely in DG Sharma Sir book.I prefer coaching to self study but don't have time :(

Yes.. concepts are very nicely explained in the DG sir book
u wont feel any prblm....
As far as the advanced prblms of DS Rawat are concerned.. they are tricky
u need to understand the concept of AS vey deeply and u should know how to apply that...
And its not that u arent good in that... the prblms are tough
do hard work and u will get it
sometimes i too face difficulty while solving those prblms
and yes coachng helps alot.. BTW we have time.. u can join classes
