How to clear CS exe

HI all,

This is my first post to CCI.

Please provide any suggestion for clearing CS exe in one shot.

Hi Riti,

First you go through the study material provided by the institute and understand the whole concept (preferably two times) and simultaneously refer the Solved Scanners, you will pass in one shot.

Refer "only this much" for all theory subjects. it will make u score good marks.

Are you appearing for one module or both the modules - and one more question are you going to appear in June or December

its always gud to write both the grps together :) ...so that u can assure of safety getting the aggregate as u know ..concentrate on 3 papers ..paper 2 in 1st module and 3 - tax paper 6 in sec module ..wud be tricky ..study material is the best ,...in fact our books are references for other courses :) so be proud of it and do it with full concentration ...go based on the priority topics in all the subjects ..the usual way

so like i said ....study mat + scanner + inst guidelines as to how to present the answers based on the marks weightage thats it :) ...do well all the best ..

Hi !!!! Riti

I have also cleared CS Executive last December 2010 by just preparing from the modules and also with the help of Scanner and Reliance Compilation

For first module - i.e., GCL, A/c's AND Taxation -

For GCL - there is no need to mug up sections - as just keep in mind name of the Relevant ACT that is more than sufficient, but at the same time, if some of the sections which is very easy and you can keep in mind, just go for that sections to keep in your, as the benefit will be, you will get more marks in Case Laws, if you write Sections, but if all you dont remember sections just dont write, as the matter is more important and once you know the relevant definition of the section, if you write name of the Act, your purpose is served,

For A/c's. - Theory and Practicals both type of questions are being asked - better concentrate on both

For Taxation - Direct and Indirect Taxation papers also the theories are being asked, for which Indirect tax is scoring as you can score more marks in Indirect Tax

For MODULE 2 - which includes Co. Law, Securities Law and Economic & Labour law

For Company Law - I have preferred RELIANCE COMPILATION - which is as good as SCANNERS and I will say better than Scanners, as they are more in simpler language and very precise

Rest of the two ELL AND SEBI - you can opt from SCANNERS as well as from Modules, just check the weightage of the Chapters and go for it. Strictly go according to the weightage, you will be able to clear in one shot - as there is no change in Strategy adopted by the Institute, but at the same time you never know what will be coming in future, but past studies says that, most of the times questions are being asked repeteadly

hey RITI..

i am going to tell you how i cleared it.. its pretty damn easy...

step 1. go to toppers law house, laxmi nagar

step2. ask for rajiv singh notes on cs executive.

step 3. take those home and keep them somewhere.. :D

step 4. open them a week before exams, and forget about everything else..

:D :D

following were my marks.. gr1 - 50, 55, 78(tax) gr2- 55, 60, 65

worked for me.. hope it helps..

What is Reliance compilation...i will be appearing for Dec 2011 exams how do i get to know about reliance compilation and also scanners
