How to claim service tax refund
We have mistakenly paid excess Service tax than our actual liability. We are closing down the business do there is no scope for adjustments in future.
How to claim a refund of the additional amount so paid ?

While closure of the business, the input service tax will not be refunded by the service tax Dept...
But your query is different.... You have paid excess service tax and may be you can claim the excess from the dept.. But it depends on the Dept to refund you or not.....
