How to claim refund of ITC for export of exempt goods
I am into export of flower and we have accumulated ITC. I want to know how to fill GSTR 3B and table 6A.

if there is ITC allowable in case of flower still ITC can be refunded of exempted item.
it is usually automatic process after filing shoping bill and GSTR- 3
GSTR 3B filing exempt supply exported we will enter in Table 3.1(b) but what would be tax amount against zero rated supply
and while filing GSTR 1 table 6A where to enter exempt supply i.e. under which tax rate
