We have a client who has paid Excess Service Tax. Can we claim refund?

You need to revise the return and show their the actual amt payable.
After filling Revised return write a letter to concerning Supretendent and enclose Revised ret& challan copy reflecting the tax paid including excess paid.Anyway wait for some other solution.
