How can I show prepaid mobile expense as the company requires proof and there is no bill for prepaid?

on the basis of old bills we can make provision for the same , if we know the amount however we have not bill for the same

As per my understanding, your company must reimburse you the actual bill amount for the month only. Excess payment made by you will anyways reflect in next month invoice amount payable while the company will reimburse you the monthly bill amount, you will pay to the mobile company the balance amount payable.
