One client has registered himself on income tax portal...
so his first return would be of Ay 2019-20.
but due to having FD his TDS on fixed deposit interest was deducted from Ay 2016 -17 to AY 2019-20...but non filling return it has not claimed so far..can I claim TDS of these years in return of AY 2019-20..
please suggest me..

No,you can not claim because you can not file itr of that previous year.
