I am paying Rs.3,000/- as house rent per month. But there is not rent agreement in the name of me.
Please tell me how can i claim HRA.

ANOTHER OPTION IS THAT YOU NEED A DELCERATION FROM YOUR LANDLORD WITH HIS DETAIL OF NAME ADDRESS AND RENT AMOUNT
AND YES , YOU CAN CLAIM HRA WITH YOU RENT SLIP BUT THE AMOUNT LESS THEN 1 LAC
