how to check ca final registration validation online

Greetings everyone

I had registered 2013 for final syallbus thanafter never gave exam.i had misplaced my ca final registration letter so unable to exact date of registration.had called many times to exam help center and email same but no response yet come.

pls someone guide me how to check revalidate status online or provide me contact number along with correct email id for contact purpose
