Dear all,
I have taken PT number in the month of September and chose the effective date as 1/4/23. In the month of September I have made lump sum payment of PT from Apr till Sep along with late fee and interest as I made payment after September but the period selected was from 1/9/23 instead of 1/4/23 till 30/9/23.
How can I rectify this, is there any way because the client has already paid lumpsum amount now he will not pay again for the same months.
Please help me it is urgent.
