My personal documents ended up in wrong hands and he is stalking my credit reports all the time. I don't know what other things are happening. Is it possible to change the PAN? What possible solution can be done?

PAN can't be changed..
You can file a complaint if you have proof that somebody has access to credit reports without your permission..
