How to cancle e tds return

I had file a return with wrong TAN and it was accepted by NSDL because that TAN belong to some body. When I checked the receipts , I found the mistake. I then filed the return with correct TAN and that was accepted by NSDL. I dont find any way to cancle the return. However I wrote letter to NSDL to cancle that return. nothing happen. Now I got  notice from income tax dept. to cancle the return so that the person can file their return. I want to know , how to cancle the e tds return.
