i am unable to write nov12 exam but ihave paid examination fee iwant to cancel it. how?

There is no provision as such to cancel exam registration and claim refund of fees as far as I am aware. Your fees will be forfeited.

Yes you can't cancel the exam application.

There is no provision for cancelling your Exam Form
