I have not filled gstr3b from April to September, here are my problems.
1. no intimation was provided for me that I have missed fillings.
2. I have filled April as nil but from may onwards it's shows cgst 1510/- and sgst 1510/- total 3020/- I guess...
3.If I paid for may I don't know what fees will be for June late fees.
4. if total latr fees exceed 10k I don't want to pay and I want to close my get.
so can I know what will be my total late fees from April to September 2019

If I cancel get REGISTRATION without paying late fees , what happens next?
They reject your cancellation and ask to pay you your Pending liabilities which Includes late fees. so cancellation option is not worth.
