I’ve been into interior décor contracts since quite some time, however, all of my success stories till date were minor projects. Last week I happened to get this really massive contract of commercial space decor and from new installations to fixing the former stuff, there are loads of tasks needed to be done. I did my calculations based on my previous experiences, however, couldn’t possibly come up with the accurate extent of how much to pay my workers exactly. I’m also gonna hire new ones based on the difficulty meter of this project, with the similar concerns of payments. I can figure out the mainstream payments based on my company’s locality, yet don’t know how much to pay for really intricate tasks. Have you got any suggestions in this regard that can help me pay my staff the right way they are supposed to be!
