My company taken loane 9,00,000/- for the last year nov-10. every month paid the interest Rs/- 9000 , every month deducted the tds 900/-. but deducted the tds is not paid .
for the last five monthes is deducted tds 900*5=4500 in the amount calculate the interest
please clarified the doute sir

INTERST SHOULD BE APPLY @ 1.5% P.M FROM THE DUE DATE OF TDS
IF YOU DELAY FOR ONLY 1 DAYS THEN ALSO YOU HAVE TO PAY INTERST FOR FULL MONTH
IF ANY FURTHER IF YOU PAY TDS IN NEXT MONTH THEN YOU HAVE TO INTERST FOR 2 MONTH

TDS Deduct Rs.2000/- on 25/7/11 todays we will paying
now what is the TDS interest Amt. please suggest me on urgent basis
