Hello Everyone,

I have imported certain goods from abroad and presented my bill of entry for clearance for home consumption,

now i want to sell those goods from port itself rather than bringing to my factory,

so what is the procedure to do it and moreover how can i clain credit of CVD.

Please Help

You can raised a commercial invoices and sell the material directly from port.

but you could not availed CVD credit as the same is available if the imported material is used in manufacture of excisable goods
