Anyways, At the Bottom of ur screen u can see things like - Click on Post New Topic & write ur query

I have one query related to Form C Previously in Quarter 2 for F.Y 2010-11 we have issued Form C to the party covering 2 transactions. But later on as informed by the party & after verification it was found that there was only one transaction & one transaction was wrongly included.

So wat is the solution now Please advice me as I have to give Form C to the party where it should be only one transaction

yester day i cleared my pcc.3 years of my articalship is completed .is it i am eligible to write final in dis novemer.with in how many days i hav to get registered for final & wat documents is to be attached with registration form .................................

dear sir,

one of my client since last one year raised bill to company including service tax (contract amt+service tax amt).

but he didnt registered under service tax. now he wants to register under service tax his service tax payable amt is

rs.1 lac (approx) he is ready to pay this amt how much interest & penalty on this tax if he take service tax number today.

Hey guys, I have one query... Whether stipend income received is taxable in the hands of article asstistant or exempt u/s 10(16)??? Some r saying taxable, some are saying exempt? Do reply...

I got the Final examination Hall-ticket on provisional basis.In that it is stateing that for eligibility purpose CONTACT THE CONCERNED DECENTRALIZED OFFICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF ELIGIBLE. . For that i was called so many times to No:0120-3054851,3054852,3054853 but even a single time i didn't connected to that.

Please tell me for eligibility purpose i have to do.

One of my practioner collegue is facing a problem in scrutiny assessment for A.Y.2009-10 that, his client has two houses.In the return he has claimed one as 'SOP' 7 the other one as deemed to have been let out.In the property under 'Deemed to have been let out' he has claimed interest on housing loan at actuals which is much more than Rs:150000/-and accordingly claimed loss under house property against deemed annual value. The A.O. wants to restrict the deduction to the extent of Rs:150000/-presuming that property is effectively covered u/s23(2) though for computation purpose it is considered under 23(1) by deeming provision.Hence dedyuction u/s 24(2) is allowable to the extent of Rs:150000/-

This is very urgent. If you know any renown judgement it will be of great help
