How to approach for a articleship placement in big4

hello friends 

can any one help me regarding articles, details as follows

i completed ipcc 1st group in nov2012 and i hav confidence of clearing grp2 written in may2013 which are my 5th and 6th attempts

i want to do my articleship in big4

can anyone suggest me how to approach big4 

i'm already in the process of increasing my knowledge regarding tax, standards, etc......

have good communication skills

if any other capabilities or requirements to be developed please suggest

hav stong determination to do articles in big4
