Please refer section 288 of the Income tax act 1961 , along with rules 49 to 66 of the Income tax rules 1962 , after that From no 39 is available for application for Income tax practitioner .

You cannot attend scrutiny cases as income tax practitioner.

Sir, yesterday I went to the Office of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax with my ITP Application,They told me that you have to bring details of 3 scrutiny assessment wherein your name appears, Also required Affidavit along with application.

Will somebody have the draft of Affidavit, I want to go through contents thoroughly before filing my affidavit with all relevant requirements.
