It is simple but a lengthy procedure
You have make an application in form 101 (MVAT) with all the required documents
The fees applicable is as follows : voluntary registration - 25,000 as security deposit ( refundable after 2 years ) and 5,000 for VAT and in case of CST registration it is Rs 25 . For compulsory registration it is 500 for VAT and 25 for CST
The authorised signatory should be present at the time of registration .
The authorised signatory for different business entities are as follows :
Company : DIRECTOR
Partnership Firm : Managing Partner
Proprietorship : THE PROPRIETOR
