How to apply for ipcc may, 2012 and last date for the degree

I completed my degree B.Sc. Computer Science in 2007 - 61% and MBA (Finance) in 2010 - 65%. I am Interested to do Chartered Accountant. so please give me the sugestions how to apply when to apply for IPCC. please suggest me
