How to apply for either group 1 or 2 of icwa

Dear Friends,

I want to register for ICWAI Inter exam, but have few queries on this.Please help on the same-

1. Fees to send with Application for Registeration-What amount of DD should be enclosed while registering for Postal     coaching of ICWAI Inter.Brouchre says,send the complete amount.Should I send the Computer training fees also along with my registeration form.

2. Can I just register myself now with ICWAI, and later when my preparations are done, can I enrol myself for exam of the nearing month.

2.Is it possible to register for only 1 group at a time. If yes, how to do so.Please suggest.
