da best manner to present dis kind of answer is to be practical while giving ur answer.,.,i mn ur answer sud hav refernce to AS, AAS, Companies Act n CARO 2003.Thn u can fetch gud marks in Audit,.,.,

#2 Explaination of #1. Only the part relevant needs to be explained.

follwing seq u must follow :-
1) fact of the case
2) ref of as, aas or companies act
3) link of that aas or as with ur case
4 ) conclusion of the case
