Dear Sirs,

                 1) Kindly let me know the procedure to alter the Bye-Laws of Co-op Soc

                 2) Can a Special Resolution in GENERAL MEETING or BOARD MEETING Override the Provisions of Bye-laws?

                 3) Can such alteration be done with retrospective effect?

Societies are registered under the societies registration act and any alteration in the bye laws should be in compliance with registration act.It will be better for you to refer Societies Registration Act.
