A is resident Indian purchases property from NRI. what will be TDs rate, and on what value it is to be calculated.
please give example for clarity.

TDS will be deducted u/s 195 on sale value

Okay. if purchase made jointly by 2 persons , can 1 person can pay entire TDS? or both are compulsorily required to deduct and pay TDS?
