Yes dear Nidhi....it is actually based on points. But I would advise you to forget about points and start contributing regularly. Very soon you will on top “in everyone’s heart”…
Further don’t bother about thanks !!!
There are lots of members in top 30 who had done exceptionally well for CCI. So explore their profile one by one to motivate yourself.

The more you keep on sharing information, replying other's posts, share files and all, the more you win the points. More u have points, higher the chances to be in top 30. As far as THANX are concernd, do ensure that u share correct and useful information, THANX would automatically land on your post and give u points also.
