Can we discuss about Point of Taxation Rules, How it works, it is madatory effective from 1st July 2011.

As per the Provision of Point of taxation rules, 2011, the liability of service tax will be determined on the date of receipt of payment or the date on which invoice is issued, whichever is earlier.
