03 January 2011We are a startup (LLP) In Gurgaon, Haryana and looking for a CA who can handle service tax, accounting, tax return filing and other related tasks for our company. As of now it's just a two member startup.
On what basis does a CA charge and approximately how much should we pay? Any inputs would be appreciated.

The reason I asked this question because I met 3 CAs in Gurgoan and all 3 told me different professional fee which was having a huge variation.
I'm sure an answer to this question can help those who have similar queries and may be stickied on the forum.
