how can I see that how much my previous year turnover

Go to annual return gst; i.e. gstr 9 of that year...it will show to total sales filed by u in gstr 1 during the year...and that will be your turnover, if filed correctly

The best way to determine your turnover as per GST laws is to calculate from audited books of accounts.
