Rs.800 paid to lady is loss.
Rs.1000 paid to other shop keeper is also loss.
According to me the loss is 1800
800 change given to the lady+1000 given to other shop person+200 worth of goods-200 retained by him for the product.

no profit & no loss for the shopkeeper as he sold goods costing Rs. 200 n he has Rs.200 (original)
bcoz duplicate note to he gave to another shop keeper to get change....

1000 given & taken by the other Shopkeeper.So loss is 800 paid to lady customer & 200 worth goods delivered, Hence 1000/-
