One of my frnd alredy have propritor in one of company now he open another company. Can he use same PAN no for new company??

Proprietorship Organisation is called as Firm & not Company.
Any Person can start as many Proprietorship firms he wish to, But PAN will always be One & the Same of the Proprietor, As under I T Act Prop Fim is never assessed but its the Prop who files his Returns under his Individual Name Clubbing his / her Income from all Prop.Firms & the Prop is assessed.
