Important :

.

Student should critically examine the question.

.

Many times wrong questions are asked in CA Exams to check the "efficiency" of would be "Auditor."

.

The question is :

.

How many balls are there in an over?

.

The answer may be like this :

.

The question seems to be  wrong one. It asks :  How MANY balls ?

.

Whenever a ball is badly shaped; so many balls are taken before the umpire and shown to him but it is not prescribed HOW MANY BALLS should be taken before him.

.

Since he has to choose only one out of all, hence we can easily say : In cricket, only one ball is used.

.

But the question asks the balls with reference to an over.

.

These are six because every delivery is known ( told ) as a new ( next ) ball.

.

Rule :  One Ball.

Principle and Practice : Six Balls.

.

The question is not clear what it wants to check : Rule or Principle ?

.

STUDENTS SHOULD TRY TO PRESENT IN ALTOGETHER DIFFERENT MANNER THAN COMMON ANSWERS.

.

UNLESS ANALYTICAL ANSWERS ARE GIVEN; EXAMINERS WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

.

GENERAL ANSWERS SCORE GENERAL MARKS.
