Agree hence what could be the average hours a student should spend focussing on studying?
Some students would be fast and some slow so there has to be some statistical mean in it.

That's an interesting angle. Agree that quality is what ultimately matters however all of us takes time to zone in to a focus time. Our quality is impacted by our environment hence we compensate that with extra hours so my question remains.
Considering the disturbances around and generally taking time to concentrate how long per day would be good to ensure quality ?
