Ford business center is very fast growing...and a excellent organization to work with..

The work culture is good and organization is really organized..Of course the compensation part is excellent and you get a chance to work abroad as well...5 days working means 5 days there and no weekends working..overall a perfect balance

Its an captive BPO so if you are too fussy about " Core competencies of chartered accountant" so called Income tax, accounting exposure, kind of things..then you wont face such issues here and you may not be very happy with choosen profile...as sometimes you may feel where is the use of all subjects i studied..
