How he(buyer) issued Debit note

Can anyone suggest me how debit note will be made if goods which are return to buyer purchase under vat regime and paid vat on it @ 5.5% and now in gst it is in 18% and also who return the goods is under composition scheme and to whom it is return is under regular scheme..
