How GST works if POS is different and GST is different

Dear Sir/Mam,

We are Telangana based company and we a customer at Kolkatta they want us to setup a onsite Infrastructure at their premises, So now we need to procure some equipment in Kolkatta and needs to supply in Kolkotta.

in above case which GST will be applicable, Is it possible under GST regime, If yes please help me with
