How Form 103 fill by PE-II student 1st group clear ?

I was 1st group PE-II cleared

As per announcement by ICAI one of the group of PE-II cleared student joint article training

Now my quarry is Form No. 103 there is not applicable regarding column which i can start article training

Pls anybody know to how i can fill up Form No. 103 

whether ICAI can any change in Form No. 103 which i can fill up ?

Pls help me
