Hi, my business hasn't started yet, so how can I submit GSTR 3B? The declaration check mark is disabled so I can't go any further.

frst u have to fill the payment of tax then only the declaration check mark will b available
For further returns u can tell me
Was able to submit GST3 B.
Now I'm unable to submit GSTR -1 because the summary sheet isn't gettting recreated.
It keeps saying please re check after 1 minute.
