Can anybody tell me how do I regularise my IT return.
I have not filed any incomtax return since 2007 .
My employer deducted tax for the year 2010-11 as the incom is above 1.8lacs
Before the year 2010-11 I have adjusted my LIC policies so no tax deducted by employer.

Dear Vaishali,
Now u can file return of F.Y. 2010-2011 ( A.Y. 2011-12)before 31.03.2013. time limit expired for earlier return. for future even if u r not required to pay tax but keep filing return for each year.
