Form 23 AC & 23 ACA upto the date of closing year i.e March 31. its depend on you when you filed but date must be 31st March.
form 20B details upto date AGM. (whereas required)

Yopur company has got incorporated in Dec. 2009 then you can file your Financial statement as on 31.03.2010 or prepare for eighteen months but u will have to seek approval from ROC.
For dissolution you can take benefit of Easy Exit Scheme.
