How can we regularize npa loan
I had borrowed an Education Loan for my undergraduate course and after that i had pursued CS . I didnt have proper income to pay back the education loan. The loan was borrowed in 2007. I finished undergrad in 2010 and CS in 2016 june. However the bank has treated the said education loan as NPA. How can i now make it regular. Can i take a stand and say that i have just completed my education and started earning ? Due to this NPA my credit rating is effect. Please guide me

No other option, but to sit with Bank officers and explain the situation.
Secondly, you will have to accept that you have defaulted the repayment terms as signed in agreement, though may not be in your hands.
Thirdly, the credit rating will change as soon as you start repaying the debt.

Thanks for your response, I will negotiate with the bank as you said. Hope they give me option to start paying through EMI.
Yes, they will be happy to receive back their funds, and may even reduce the penalties and or interest payment.
