How can we adjust excess IGST? In october 2017 We have excess input IGST? How could we adjust this excess input?

Excess IGST will be adjusted in next month liablity against IGST, CGST and then SGST Payments in a same order.

the excess is carried forward and you can use the same in NEXT MONTH to setoff against IGST liability then CGST liability then SGST liability

First in same month excess IGST can be used to pay CGST and than agst SGST and still if there any excess cr. balance lying can be carry forwarded to next month and can be use angst IGST, CGST and SGST respectively.
