how can I purchase 5 guntha agriculture land

I am planning to purchase five guntha land on highway in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) for this I contact registry office for inquiry. But I came to know, you cannot buy land bellow 20 guntha .Gov officer said you have to purchase minimum twenty guntha (half acre) land so that can be resister. pls tell me how can I purchase 5 guntha agriculture land
